I've been friends with Dawn for thirty years and I am so blessed to have her in my life. She is an inspiration of health, fitness and beauty. With her positive attitude, her background as a chiropractor, and her knowledge of nutrition and exercise, she makes the perfect personal trainer.
I am not a natural at exercise, but Dawn motivates me to workout because she is a perfect example of the benefits of exercise! By training with Dawn, I have gained confidence and have been able to accomplish things I could never have imagined. For example, Dawn coached me during a 5K, and I was able to finish with my fastest time ever! I have also been able to run a half-marathon and complete a grueling 16-mile hike-run; I wouldn't have been able to do either without Dawn's encouragement and training advice.
When Dawn told me she was holding a summer "Boot Camp", and that it was going to be "fun", I admit I had my doubts. I didn't think "Boot Camp" and "fun" could possibly go together. But Dawn made that winning combination occur. The workouts were challenging, but Dawn was able to adapt them to all fitness levels. She also varied the workouts so they were never boring, and her enthusiasm made them enjoyable. I actually found myself having fun! There is no better workout than that!
To sum it up, whether for a "Boot Camp", or training for a run, or for any type of personal training, Dawn is simply the best! - Gena

Dawn's bootcamp is one of the best full-body workouts you can get in one hour. It's always different so your body doesn't get used to a routine or gain muscle memory. Dawn is an excellent trainer because she always knows the latest and greatest workouts that give you the best results. "I attended my very first boot camp class with Dawn when my fourth baby was eight months old. Honestly, I was very apprehensive to take a class called "boot camp"! Once I mustered up the courage to go, I was amazed at how much I was able to do! Dawn has such an wonderful way of encouraging you to reach your physical and weight loss goals. After several classes and feeling a big difference in my body as well as my self-esteem, I now look forward to boot camp class.
